didnt post for 1 wk.. a wk wif quite a few happenings...haha..so expect this post to be quite long...=)

was down wif fever n cough n flu last wk end..since it's been a long time since i fell sick.. kinda forgot e feeling of being sick le..haha..didnt go sch on mon n tues..haha.. spend most of that 2 days resting n watching tv..haha.. prob that's y i feel this wk passed sho quickly bah..

on fri, e new comm of choir organised a farewell party for us.. lunch was provided.. but e food was cold by e time we started eating..haha.. but i lik e tiny fruit pie dessert thingy.. ate lik.... 5 or 6 of em..? haha.. we had plenty of left-overs sho kinda "invited" many who are not from choir to take a serving...hah.. anyway, after lunch, we headed to e area outside com lab 1.. where each of e sec 4 seniors hafta gif a speech.. in front of everyone..though it was a custom every year..i was totally not prepared la..juliet was 1st.. (chairman mah..) side track a lil.. (hope juliet dun see dis..haha) i've always admired juliet's ability to speak to a large grp of pple wifout prior preparation.. she's able to speak her mind so freely and hack wad others tink.. sumhow, she's able to hide her nervousness n make pple feel e need to listen to her and agree wif her.. she always complain to mi dat she lacks self-confidence blah blah blah.. but i always disagree wif her.. den we end up "debating" in class..haha.. oh well.. go back to e celebration.. hmm.. after juliet was xiaoxuan..hmm.. cant really rmb wad dey said le.. haha.. basically dey gave encouragements to our juniors la.. den it was mi.. didnt expect it to be my turn so soon.. sho i kinda hasitated... den i stood.. walked to e front.. did a 20s "eh........................." b4 finally saying sth..hahaha... felt so weird lo.. hmm..i congratulated em for e gold dis syf.. asked em to jia you 2 yrs later..haha..change their attitude during choir practice.. respect seniors.. blah blah.. said quite a lot la..kinda long-winded..haha.. after dat was "prize giving" ceremony..haha.. each of us received a pressie n thank you card.. e present ish a "testube" of scented bath confetti.. muz sprinkle in bath tub de.. haha.. but dun haf e habit of bathing in a bath tub.. sho prob gonna keep it bah.. heh.. oh ya.. ms soh(mrs long actually) gave us ferrero rocher...XD after e whole celebration, juliet n i went back to class to learn e dance steps for "reach out for e skies".. yupz.. dis yr's national day song...=) was fun n quite easy actually.. but will suddenly forget e next step de..haha..

on sat, some cr peeps(mi, mw, qianz, yuanting, diana, noriko, steffie, bk, zaylene, jia lin,songxi, yonghong n yong chao) met up to prepare for today's national day celebration.. coz dey haf dis "most enthusiatic" class award thingy.. which will contribute pts for zzjsj.. mi, mw, steffie(i tink), yuanting n diana met at 10 plus at ps mac for breakfast.. n e rest joined us later.. initially, we had absolutely no idea on wad to do... spent abt 1 hr in plaza sing's spotlight.. looking for inspirations..haha.. in e end, we split into 2 grp... diana, qianz, yuanting heading to army market to look for white caps while mi, mw n noriko went to art friend to get materials.. in all, we spent about 3 hrs +++ juz getting all e materials ready.. at abt 3.30, we headed to a void deck in lavender(i tink) to finally start work.. at 1st, there were lik.. 9 of us? but 1 by 1, dey had to go home.. sho in e end, onli left wif mi, mw, diana, noriko, qianhui.. e guys joined us pretty late.. n since we didnt haf ath for em to do then, we sent them on a shopping trip..haha.. help us get whistles n white fabric paint n hair-spray.. but trust mi.. neva ask guys to shop for things..haha..=X coz instead of white fabric paint, dey got us white glass paint..haha.. nvm la.. at least dey tried..=) at abt 8 plus at night, qianhui shouted.."FIREWORKS!!!!" den we heard..."booM..bOOm..." there was a ndp preview show on on sat mah.. and from where we were, though we could hear e fireworks veri clearly, we could onli see e lik.. a teeny bit of e fireworks.. thanks to dis dumb HDB flat which stood in e way... none e less.. e fireworks were beautiful... X) during e finale, where e fireworks were larger n nicer, mw n i ran towards e end of e void deck..thought will get a clearer view.. but by the time we got there.. it ended...!! argh.. my legs were so tired le la.. n my slippers were giving mi hell... keep slipping off my feet...haha.. by e time we finished painting all e caps n making e belts, it was almost 9... sho we packed up n headed home..

on sun afternoon, i met zhao at parkway to paint our nails...X)..haa.. spent so much time searching parkway, roxy square n marine parade area for e stoopid red nail-art pen... in e end, found a manicure shop.. but dey ran out of stock.. sigh... when we asked her whether she can sell to us e one she's using.. she say she'll charge is $16.. say e original price ish $28..-.-'''.. but zhao n i rmb we saw pple selling e brand new ones for lik...16 bucks? den we wanted to ask e lady do for us.. coz she said it cost 3 bucks for each finger at 1st.. we were thinking juz do out thumbs.. but later on, she increased e price to 8 bucks..-.-'''.. so wad lo.. in e end we decided to do it ourselves..haha.. wad fun la.. but kept touching e wet nail polish accidentally.. sigh.. den hafta re-apply again..for our thumbs, we painted em diagonally red n white.. a heart on e forth finger,red n white on e lil finger.. e index n middle fingers were painted white.. was fun la.. but many stopped n peered curiously at wad we were doing..haha...

finally... today, we had our so called national day celebration at east coast park.. guess how we celebrated e nation's b'dae? we ran our cross country!!! -.-'''...wonder who came up wif dis wonderful idea.. haha.. we even had flag raising there.. no one was really singing anyway.. sec 4 gals were e 2nd last to run.. so we made gd use of e waiting time to colour our hair wif hair spray... talk.. take photos.. drink plenty of water... haha... den suddenly, someone made an announcement for e sec 4 gals to assemble.. but many of us were not ard when dey distributed e colour tags.. b4 we noe it, e starting horn sounded.. n we ran.. wif out any warm-ups.. hafway through e run my muscles were all tensed up la.. bk n i started e run together.. but halfway though i slowed down n she continued... didnt wanna hold her back..haha.. i was holding my cap through out e race coz it kept being blown off my head while i was running.. e whistle ard my neck was kinda annoying.."strangling" mi n veri noisy.. ranked 43 in e level.. kinda bad.. but again.. i neva take nafa.. haha.. neva eva run long dist also(except e annual cross country).. think my position quite gd la hor?haha.. it started to pour at abt 10 plus.. n we were dismissed early due to e rain.. sho cr peeps headed to yoshinoya in parkway for brunch.. we walked all e way to parkway via east coast park.. singing national day songs while making our way dere...haha.. pple were staring but we didnt gif a damn.. juz sang our hearts out..haha.. after brunch, we decided to go play pool at mega pool.. but kana chased out after 1GAME... coz we were in sch shorts..-.-.. e lady so strict la.. pe shorts also cannot..haha.. we already took off our skirts coz she dun allow..den later she come over n tell us pe shorts also cannot...haha.. ended up taking a cab to sch to get bks den go home.. took a nice bath n a short nap.. =)

whoa.. finally finished dis post..hand gonna cramp le..haha.. k la.. blog again soon.. ciaoz..
