whahahahha.. so much i wanna write abt but dunno where to start!!!=/ have been spending a lot of time lately with the choir peeps..=D got to know more abt many many many of them...it feels great coz it means choir prac would be a whole lot more interesting..haha..

lets see wad we have on the list of "MUST WRITE"..
1. 4cr chalet
2. musical- les miserables
3. malacca trip wif choir
4. 2 outings with choir peeps..

oh my.. so much things to write... so lets begin!!

hmm.. so 1st up.. 4COURAGE chalet.. :D
it was on the 27th to 29th nov.. on the wk of the musical.. so coz of the prac on mon n my tuition on tues.. i could onli join em on the 2nd nite, the bbq nite.. missed out quite a lot.. =( but nvm.. still.. i had loads of fun that night..haha.. the bbq food was alright.. the highlight was the CHOC FONDUE they ordered..xD but hang on.. before u all start imagining those huge ones with 3 or 4 diff layers..(that was wad i thought it supposed to look lik when mingwei 1st told mi over the phone..lol) nono.. it's simply dis aluminium bowl being supported over a candle flame..hahah.. was actually quite disappointed at 1st.. but it tasted real gd!!! we had all sorts of diff fruits n some jelly provided by the whole seller.. n we bought bananas n marshmallows.. xD

n after e bbq.... the water war began!! cant rmb who started it though..haha.. but qianhui n jialin went to hide in the chalet!! =( o.. there was this really embarrassing incident..where i ambushed e wrong person thinking he was my fren.. but he turned out to be a complete stranger who juz happened to be there..-.- anyway.. finally managed to spend time with u all... n seeing u guys reminded mi of all the unforgettable moments we had together.. gals bball match which we emerged champ.. the teachers day dance to that thing you do... the crazy national day ties n caps.. etc etc.. most importantly..WE WON ZHONG ZHENG JING SHEN JIANG!!!wahh.. we've all been through ALOT and strived REALLY HARD for it!! love you guys n miss u all to bits!!

1st dec.. was vj choir's BIG DAY!! it was our MUSICAL DAY!! all the hard work, the tears, frustration, sweat, stress, time we've put in over the months really paid off.. IT WAS A BLAST!!xD but the day really din start off very well for us.. 1st.. the technician told us the CURTAINS WERE SPOILT!!! they cant be closed so we had to do without them.. we had to rehearse our change of scenes all over again.. everyone got quite frustrated n started to wonder whether our musical would work out..this is like DEJAVU for mi.. coz i rmb my day din start off v well on the day of SOV as well..haha... u guys can go refer back to that post.. nearly got knocked down by a bloody SBS bus etc..

i was also quite worried abt my part.. lol.. juz in case u all dunno.. i got the most WEIRD role in this musical.. i was cast as the young prostitute.. when debbie announced the cast list i was lik WWHHAATTT???!!!! sigh.. thought there are others who are more suitable for e role.. coz in person.. i'm so v guai de k.. dunno y dey gave mi the super hiao2 role.. gotta be that for 3 scenes lo.. nvm.. like how i always comfort myself.. at least i dun nid act old n ugly..hahaha..basically dat's my solo line la.. it's the 1st scene after intermission n i'm suppose to sorta fight n argue with heli.. n ironically.. she's my bestie in choir!! so as 7.30pm got closer... i got more worried..haha.. worried whether i'll be able to transform from a factory worker to a young prostitute to a student n back to a young prostitute for curtain call on time.. coz time was really really tight..

so yup.. the BIG NIGHT BEGAN.. kept peeping out at the audience before the performance.. n was really really quite disappointed coz there seems to be SOO FEW pple!! it was 1 min b4 it started n the hall was still half empty..=( but the show must go on!! (quoted from moulin rouge.. lol...) so yea.. the show began.. with lookdown n the convicts.. n the hall slowly filled up.. guess we almost obtained FULL HOUSE! =D

everything went on smoothly... i know we all gave more den 100% n i'm sure every single audience in the PT saw it.. everyone transformed into a character in les miserables.. no one burst into laughter.. no one smiled at the wrong times.. everone was super serious.. i thought master of the house was the BEST we've ever done.. everyone went really CRAZY..

there were a few hiccupps though.. the bench fell down TWICE.. dat explains the 2 super loud BBAANNGG from backstage.. n a few of us (including mi) werent in place when the music for Lovely Ladies.. i sorta ran in in my super high heels to join e rest.. din manage to put on my bling bling also..haha.. n shuwei's wrap-around cloth came loose also during Lovely Ladies..haha.. poor gal..n a whole bottle of glitter spilled back stage.. but generally.. everything was AWESOME!!

i could still rmb the laughters when johnnie 1st appeared as mdn theneidier.. haha.. but think he looked quite weird lo.. with the yellow mop as his hair..=.= shd haf gotten him a REAL wig..haha.. n the GASP when javert (jeremy gan) rolled off the stage when he suicided..haha.. thanks to guojie n his fren for carrying him out..lol.. OH.. n when martin announced young prostitute during curtain call n i had to step out.. i felt SO EMBARRASSED!!! coz everyone laughed!! rahh.. >.< size="1">young prostitute.. =(( n everyone's STILL teasing mi abt it.. oh wells.. oh yea.. congrats to all the main soloists.. u guys did a GREAT JOB!! =D

o.. was really surprised when i saw wilson's head sticking into the backstage from the side door during intermission..haaha.. it happens to be litian, jeremy he n him looking for the 3 of us (mi, jasmine n gan) to give us a bouquet of flowers each!! =D though this bouquet is smaller den the one during SOV.. LOL.. it's still wonderful of u guys to get us flowers again..=D thanks to all s39 peeps who came for the concert!! =D o.. n my mum n her 2 frens gave mi another bouquet as well!! a super big one with beautiful tiny flowers.. but coz my mum's fren handed it to someone else.. it became a bouquet for the choir as a whole.. so i cant bring it home..haha.. think it's prob rotting in the choir room now.. sigh... nvm.. it's the thought that counts! =D not dat i'm unhappy abt it but it really took mi damn long to locate the bouquet n end up finding it lying on the floor backstage aint quite a pleasant sight for mi you noe.. n i'm prob the last person the see it.. so yea.. anyway.. let's not side track..haha.. o! n thanks to zhaoting and calcy for the cute lollipop!! haha... esp to calcy coz u came for the performance even though u juz came back from ur exchange programme in china.. love u gals!!=D

MALACCA TRIP!!xD

went malacca with VJC CHOIR!! from the 4th dec to 7th dec.. played bridge all the way with rayrin, wayne, xianyong, huping, yizha, oliver.. etc etc.. think i'm addicted..-.- ..haha..

anyways.. day 1 we arrived at watercity resort.. it's actually a really cool place!! (excluding the disguesting food, the gigantic houseflies, the cockroaches, the mouldy room n the toilet that keeps on choking n the leaking toilet/bathroom..lol) coz we get to share a APARTMENT with our frens.. not a hotel room.. haha.. damn cool.. n heli n i r really lucky to get to share our apartment with 4 really crazy pple: dawn, may, shuwei n wanting..haha..coz we haf 6 pple.. our apartment has 3 bedrooms.. once heli opened the apartment door, i RUSHED n occupied the master bedroom..hahah.. the biggest room with the joint toilet..xD for e 1st night.. e 6 of us evaluated in shuwei's room.. n we actually noticed little cottonball lookalike stuffs all over the headboard of the bed.. n i suspected they were mould..-.- damn gross la.. n may kept forgetting n leaning on it..haha.. so e 1st night.. may n dawn slept over at my room.. n we 4 shared 2 single bed.. was quite alright.. but woke up with a stiff shoulder n was sore all over..haha..

every night we had to attend a concert.. all 3 were of diff themes n we performed for the 1st n last one, xmas was the theme for the 1st concert n we sang 6 songs in total... plus 1 impromtu song (jinglebell rock) coz the datuk (or sth.. some impt guy la..) arrived when we were abt to finish our last song.. i was lucky coz i've learnt the song last yr when i joined vj choir for caroling but some of the rest aint sure of the lyrics of the song.. so they totally relied on wad mr kwei was mouthing..haha.. but we pulled it off.. haha.. well done pple!! o.. n kudos to johnnie who dressed up as SANTA!! haha.. think he had a hard time singing with the fluffy beard.. bet he breathed in n swallowed quite a bit of the beard too! haha..

when we woke up e 2nd day, shuwei n wanting complained dat their room smelt of garbage etc.. so they moved their mattress one to each room.. so now 3 of us shared a room.. 2nd day we went SHOPPING!! =D but the place we went.. eh.. cant rmb e name.. was kinda old.. so there wasnt much stuffs.. but e lingeries were SUPER CHEAP!! so we spent most of our time in the lingerie department.. hehe.. n we did grocery shopping at the supermarket..bought loads of budget cup noodles, milo, a huge bottle of dunno how many litre of mineral water, snacks etc etc..haha.. we spent a total of $54 ringet.. 2nd nite's concert we juz chilled in the audience.. din haf to perform... so we juz sat there n evaluate the other choirs.. lol... their songs, their performance, their clothes, their members.. practically everything was scrutinized..lol.. we all slept relatively early the 2nd night coz we need adequate sleep in order to perform well for the syf showcase on the 3rd night..

day 3 was quite a slack day.. coz we onli had a workshop n a short prac with nelson.. den it was free time.. if i din rmb wrongly.. n i slept through the free time coz din wanna sound bad during the concert at night..had 3 workshops in total over the 4 days.. they were all quite useful.. learned quite a lot from them.. n they really did wonders to our syf pieces..=D but guess we disappointed them when we performed our choice pieces coz we din do well for ill coro..but i thought asa n hanna was quite nice.. n the solo part at the end of hanna (mi, may, juitlian n kenny sang it..) could actually be heard really clearly!! wad a relief..haha.. i rmb my heart started racing when we were nearing the end of the song coz i was worried my voice will stick out or sth.. n i juz faded off at the end when we're suppose to hold e note coz i couldnt hear e rest..lol.. for the 3rd n final night.. all of us squeezed into the triplets=jerold's apartmen n kinda stoned there for damn long.. din really gossip much coz there were simply TOO MANY pple.. if everyone started talking it'll be chaos.. haha.. so in e end we sorta moved back to our apartment to gossip.. n slowly.. everyone else moved to our appartment..-.- but in e end we still managed to gossip abit la..haha.. slept at 4 plus.. was damn tired when we had to check out early in the morning on day 4..

day 4 we went SHOPPING AGAIN!! =D 2 hrs at makota shopping centre.. managed to get 2 t shirts, 2 secret recipe cakes n eat at kenny rogers.. slept most of the bus journey back to s'pore n the rest of the time was spent bridging with the usual pple =D..

through this trip, i've managed to get to know many many other choir peeps better.. all the crazy pple n the yr0s..=D made alot of new frens too.. xD think this would make my choir prac in the future more exciting n full of madness.. but guess that's juz the way things happens in VJ!!=D thanks guys for making my trip such an eventful n unforgettable one..=DDDD love u guys!!

ehh.. think i'll blog abt the 2 outings next time.. i'm darn tired now... sat infront of the com since 7 plus.. (of coz i stopped for dinner etc.. but u get e idea..)
